HOW DO I GET STARTED?
One way to start is to send me a written introduction to let me know about your current relationship with yoga and the session(s) you are looking for. Things like your current activity routine, notable health issues, particular interest in certain areas of yoga, or how you would like to feel during and after the session are all useful information. From there, we will schedule a complimentary call or video chat so we can agree on and schedule a class that fits you.
Where does the class take place?
I offer both in-person classes in Paris at your place (home, hotel, office, private room in a gym) and online classes, regardless of where you are. All you need is enough space to move freely. I am also available for retreats over multiple days in Paris, France, or Europe.
Do I need ANY material?
A yoga mat and a heavy blanket is the essential starter kit you’ll need. For our very first lesson, I can bring an extra mat until you get yours. Over time, I will ask you to find an extra bolster, a strap, and 2 yoga blocks and can recommend specific models for you to purchase.
Do you offer one-TIME-only classes?
At this time, I do not offer singled-out classes. I focus on following individuals on a regular basis, in person or online, who are looking for personalised classes to help them achieve their short and long-term goals. The smallest option I currently offer is a 3-classes introductory pack to judge whether my classes are the right fit for you.
The type of yoga I believe in is one that will transform you over time, whether for small of big chances. That requires familiarity and comfort, and I want to ensure we start off the right track by not being rushed in a single class.
If we decide to work together past those first 3 classes, we will discuss more long term options and packages.
What IS YOUR PRICE LIST?
I offer a hands-on approach targeted to your specific needs and objectives.
I offer an introductory 3-classes packages for 420€ (140€ per class). This will give us the chance to explore in depth what approach is best for you and establish a mid to long term plan for your practice.
The price for retreats are entirely POA, based on the number of attendees, types and frequency of classes. I’d be happy to provide a quote after talking over your plans.
